Will my home receive more attention than a typical beach home?
Yes, rather then spending our days driving from one side of the island to the other, our project managers are onsite full-time to ensure efficiency and offer constant oversight.

What is your fee structure?
American Villas strongly believes in financial transparency with our clients. All true costs are shared with our clients.  We build all of our homes on a cost-plus fee basis and use standard contracts offered by the Texas Association of Builders. 

Is there a cost advantage with American Villas compared to other builders?
Yes, we strive daily to bring our costs below standard builder pricing. Given that we are the largest speculative custom builder on the island, we are always looking to lower our costs. Our purchasing power combined with our longstanding relationships with our suppliers and trades helps us drive our costs down. 

How long does it take to build a beach home?
Construction timelines vary between 10-24 months depending on the home’s design. The typical construction timeline of an interior home is 10-12 months. Having our crews and equipment in one location allows us to deliver better quality in a shorter time period. 

What makes you different than other custom builders?
We are fanatical about building FORTIFIED homes that stand up to the harsh coastal environment. We insist on using the same materials and tradesmen on each home, regardless of the home’s budget or location.
